 Virtual Morning Yoga
These classes are offered every Wednesday and Friday at 6 am PDT live via zoom. The link opens at 5:55 am so everybody has time to settle in to their mats and we get to start on time.
Investment $120 CAD per month

What to expect?
  We open the class on sitted position to centre the body with breathing techniques, also set the intention of the day or your class at this moment.
  We warm up the body and invite sun salutations.  I will guide you through a dynamic sequence of standing poses to energize your body, boost confidence, and to keep you present in the moment through your breath, concentration and focus.
 We finish the practice with floor cooling poses and Svanasana.
