POSTNATAL YOGA
Postnatal Yoga Registration at Haven Yoga and Wellness
 A BABY IS BORN, A WOMAN IS BORN AS A MOTHER.
Come and join me in this class dedicated to all postnatal mothers, after 6-8 weeks of giving birth, where we will get stronger in the body, mind and heart. Let's grow together as mothers and get inspired through your yoga practice to live in calmness, bliss and good health.
After giving birth the physical, spiritual and mental care of the mother is very important. Now we need to take care of baby and the recovery of all aspects of the mother is elemental for a more balanced new experience of life.
The body had changed completely during the 9 month of pregnancy and to come back to full recovery its important to do it at the right time  with the right education and awareness.
During this class you will be guided to return to proper core function, proper alignment, to discover the connection with breath and core function. Also sharing time with women who are in the same place you are, developing support, friendship and community. Being a great and happy mother is a big job  and you deserve time to yourself to go back home and shine even more. Plus while you are in class your partner will get to bond even more with your baby.




PRENATAL YOGA

PRENATAL YOGA REGISTRATION AT HAVEN YOGA AND WELLNESS

The practice of yoga during pregnancy supports the mother physically, emotionally and mentally. You will experience guided movement (asana) to strengthen and stabilize your growing body, moving with the  link of the flow of your breath to go inward. We will practice pranayama which are breathing techniques that are very important to prepare the mother for a calm  and peaceful birth.  This will help you through your contractions and to become present with the moment.  Also you will experience guided meditations to invite balance in the mind and heart.  You become present and aware of the changes in the body. You become more peaceful and connect with your growing baby.
